Moving series and meetings


Move series to another workspace

An entire series and all of the meetings inside it can be moved to another workspace by choosing Move to another workspace from the action menuaction menu iconnext to the series title in the left sidebar of the Meeting details page.

An alternative method is to choose Move to… from the action menuaction menu iconnext to the meeting title of the Meeting details header, and then selecting Move entire series… then the Move series button.

Select the new workspace, and the category within that workspace.

The series and all meetings within it will be moved to the new workspace.

All the existing members and permissions in the series and each meeting in it will remain. Members with an access level other than None that don’t already have access to the other workspace will be added. If the meeting member is:

  • part of the trusted email domains for the other workspace, they get added as a member and are not required to accept the new workspace.

  • not part of the trusted email domains for the other workspace, they will be added as a guest and are required to accept an invitation to join the workspace.

All members of the meeting with an access level other than None will receive an in-app notification that the meeting has been moved.

Move meeting to another series

A single meeting can be moved out of a series and into another series. This may be if you are re-arranging your meetings so “like” meetings can be grouped in the same series, or if it was just created in the wrong series

Choose Move to… from the action menuaction menu iconnext to the meeting title of the Meeting details header, and then select Move this meeting… then the Move meeting button.

Select the other series from the Move to dropdown.

All the existing members and permissions in the meeting will remain. If the meeting is moving to a different workspace, members of the meeting with an access level other than None that don’t already have access to the other workspace will be added. If the meeting member is:
