Meeting Dashboards

The meeting dashboards are used to access your meetings. We provide two dashboards to let you find your meeting as quickly as possible.

Calendar dashboard

The calendar dashboard allows you to view all your meetings by date. This is the quickest way to see the meetings you have today, or the meetings you had yesterday (to catch up on the minutes you need to record).

Key features from the meeting dashboard

A

Calendar date picker to jump to a specific date in the past or the future.

B

All meetings is where you can view all the meetings across all workspaces.

C

Workspaces are a grouping of meetings that are owned by a specific organization.

D

Categories are your own personalized, convenient groupings for your meetings within a workspace.

E

Scroll up to show previous meetings.

F

Meetings for each day. Meetings that have ended have a lighter text color.

G

Go to today to return to today in your schedule view.

H

Add new series or meeting.

I

Filter the display of meetings by type and tag. When viewing a category, you can also filter by the series in the category.

Tip: More detailed information can be found in the calendar dashboard help guide.

Series dashboard

The series dashboard allows you to see all your series in a card view - this allows you to quickly find your series regardless of the last time a meeting was held for it. You will see the date of the next upcoming meeting (if one is scheduled), or the last meeting held.

Key features from the series dashboard

A

All series is where you can view all the series across all workspaces.

B

Workspaces are a grouping of meetings that are owned by a specific organization.

C

Categories are your own personalized, convenient groupings for your meetings within a workspace.

D

Filter by series title

E

Workspace and Category name.

F

Name of a series.

G

Displays the next upcoming meeting in the series, or the last meeting held.

H

Switch between active and archived series.

Tip: More detailed information can be found in the series dashboard help guide.
