Schedule dashboard


The schedule dashboardSchedule dashboard, accessible from the vertical menu on the left, displays today’s meetings, and allows you to scroll through the recent past and upcoming days that you have scheduled meetings.

To scroll through the days, use your mouse to scroll up and down, or use the scroll bar inside the page.

Click on one of the Meetings to open up the Meeting details page.

Add a new meeting

You can create a new meeting using the Add meeting button from any dashboard screens. If you add a new meeting inside one of your categories, we will just automatically choose that category for you - you can of course change it.

You can also add a meeting using the Add meeting button on an existing day.


Find your meeting

  1. Use filters

There are three types of filters which are:

  • Filter by series - This will show when you are viewing a category that has more than 1 series.
  • Filter by tags - Add tags to meetings on the meeting details page.
  • Filter by archived meetings.
Tip: Meetings that have been archived are not displayed in this view by default. Use the Archived filter to show the archived meetings.
  1. Jump to a specific date
    Use the Jump to button to jump back to today’s date, or to any other day that you have meetings scheduled.

Series dashboard


The series dashboardseries dashboard, accessible from the vertical menu on the left, allows you to view all series arranged as cards in your customised categories.

Each series displays the next upcoming meeting if scheduled, or otherwise the last meeting held in the series.

Click on one of the Meetings to open up the Meeting details page.

Add a new meeting

You can create a new meeting using the Add meeting button from any dashboard screens.

If you add a new meeting while viewing one of your existing categories, we will just automatically choose that category for you - you can of course change it.

You can also add a meeting using the Add meeting button on an existing day.

Find your meeting

  1. Type part of the series name in Filter by series title

  1. Active/archive tabs
    If you want to see the meetings that have been archived. Use the Archive tabs next to the add meeting to display your archived meetings.

  2. Use categories to group your meetings. Read more about categories in the arranging your meetings help guide.

Workspaces dashboard


The workspaces dashboard, or Manage workspaces page is used to view the settings for each workspace you have access to or administer.
