Categories

A category allows you to group your series together in a way that makes sense to you. This same grouping is also displayed for action items on the Action items dashboard. The category is specific to you, and not visible by other users.

Each workspace you have access to will have a category called “Meetings”, and any meeting you are invited to will go into the “Meetings” category in that workspace by default. When you create your own meeting, you can choose the name of the Category.

For an explanation of the features of categories, refer to the categories section of our arranging meetings help guide.

Adding categories

After navigating to the calendar dashboard or series dashboard, type your new category name in the Add a category box at the bottom of the left sidebar, and press Enter.

Additionally, you can create a new category by moving an existing meeting - refer to the section Moving meetings between categories in this help guide.
